Have you ever gone to one of those Escape Rooms?! Instead of locking our students in a classroom, BreakoutEDU has students solving puzzles and challenges to get into the box - all centered around a certain theme/unit.

BreakoutEDU:SHABBAT - How to Make it Feel Different includes 4 challenges that center around the symbols of Shabbat (candles, kiddush, challah, creation). You can download the challenges here, but you'll need to supply the box and the locks.

Unlike the other BreakoutEDUs we've created, this one is a bit lighter on content, but a great way to get the participants to talk about how to make Shabbat look different than the rest of the week AND to introduce them to the BreakoutEDU format and locks.

Cleveland teachers can borrow the box, locks and all the materials to do these challenges!
