UPDATED -
1. Easier to find the 3-digit code in the 916 challenge
2. Easier to put the corners of the field story together and new decoder for the word lock
Have you ever gone to one of those Escape Rooms?! Instead of locking our students in a classroom, BreakoutEDU has students solving puzzles and challenges to get into the box - all centered around a certain theme/unit. BreakoutEDU: Love Your Neighbor includes 5 challenges that review 5 texts from Vayikra - respect the elderly (Leviticus19:32), leave the corners of your fields... (Leviticus 19:9), don't place stumbling blocks (Leviticus 19:14), no gossiping (Leviticus 19:16), be holy. You can download the challenges here, but you'll need to supply the box and the locks.
At a later date, we'll upload the video that introduces these challenges to your students. A brief story is, to introduce the Breakout, is included.
Cleveland teachers can borrow the box, locks and all the materials to do these challenges! Thank you for downloading this Breakout Challenge, we'd love to have your feedback on this activity and let us know if you have questions.
